Terms of Service

Comfarm Marketing AI is an internal planning and measurement tool for authorized Comfarm and COMFORM team members. By using the tool, you agree to these terms.

Authorized use

Only connect social accounts and Pages you own or are authorized to manage. Keep your login secure. You remain responsible for the accuracy of content, account selection, and human approvals.

Read-only integration

TikTok authorization requests user.info.basic and video.list to read the authorized profile and public videos. Facebook authorization requests the read permissions required for Pages and their available performance data. These connections do not authorize automatic publishing.

Data and availability

Metrics depend on platform permissions, API availability, and sync time. Missing values mean unavailable data, not a measured zero. Old data must not be interpreted as live results. Platform approval is not guaranteed.

Human approval

Draft recommendations require human review. The team decides what to publish and publishes through the appropriate platform. The tool must not bypass the Human Gate.

Disconnect and access removal

You can revoke the app in the platform's connected-app settings. An administrator can remove the local connection. Contact comform.online@gmail.com for access removal or data deletion.

Changes and support

We may update these terms as functionality changes. The effective date identifies the version. Contact comform.online@gmail.com with questions.
