Privacy Policy

This policy describes data used by Comfarm Marketing AI for authorized internal social planning and measurement.

Data collected

For TikTok, we request user.info.basic and video.list: the account's app-scoped ID, display name, available avatar, public video identifiers, descriptions, links, timestamps, and permitted counts. For Facebook, we read authorized Page IDs, names, posts, links, and available engagement and insight values. We also use team login emails, roles, plans, approvals, and sync timestamps.

Purpose

We use this data to identify the connected account, display public video/post information, measure performance, keep accounts separate, and support human decisions. We do not sell platform data or use these integrations to publish posts.

Storage and access

OAuth secrets and tokens are held in Google Apps Script Script Properties. They are not placed in the public website or metric spreadsheet. Authorized project editors may access Script Properties; editing access must be limited to trusted administrators. Metric and planning records are stored in the team's Google Sheets, with role checks in the application.

Service providers

Google hosts the application and records. TikTok and Meta process login and authorized API requests. The public static website's hosting provider processes normal website requests. No advertising trackers are added by this website. Each provider also applies its own privacy policy.

Retention and deletion

Connection credentials are kept while the connection is in use. Historical measurement records may remain after disconnection for internal reporting. Ask an administrator or email comform.online@gmail.com to remove a connection or request deletion of associated records. Revoking access on TikTok or Facebook stops further authorized API access; it does not itself delete records already stored.

Your choices

Connecting is optional. Review the selected account and permissions before consenting. You can deny authorization, revoke access in the platform settings, or request correction/deletion. We do not request private messages, contacts, or publishing permissions for the described integration.
